Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 3V~5.5V. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters.
