SP6660EN-L/TR Overview

It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Fixed outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 10kHz 80kHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin 2Vin. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 200mA output current. 4.25V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage.
