The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tube external packaging.3 terminations with various functions.±1% tolerance for precise voltage reference.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 5V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.It is suitable for 20mA input applications.Generally, 50μA is what its cathode current should be.A fixed/minimum voltage of 5V is generated.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 5.05V.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 4.95V less than 4.95V.
