The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.3 terminations with various functions.±1% tolerance for precise voltage reference.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 4.096V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 3 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.3 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "LM4040".You cannot expect output current higher greater than 15mA from the reference voltage.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 4.096V voltage at its maximum.Generally, 88μA is what its cathode current should be.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 4.096V lower than 4.096V.It requires a 5V supply voltage.Does the voltage reference ic contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)? The answer is Unknown.This voltage reference can output a voltage of 4.096V regardless of variations in external conditions.
