MIC39151-2.5BUTR Overview
The package is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a TO-263-6 case is used. There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component. At present, it can produce an output of up to 1.5A. A dropout voltage of 10 volts is what makes it a dropout voltage. Depending on the chip, 6 pins may be available.
