A Bulk package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. This harley voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 52kHz.
