There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 2MHz. Regulator 2.7V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.7V. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.5V.
