Capsuled in the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 3V~5.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 300kHz . Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
