MD1711FG Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package LQFP is used.Configuration is supported by 12 drivers.The configuration starts with 48 terminations.With a supply voltage of 3.3V, it is designed to operate.125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.This device operates at 1.8V as the minimum supply voltage.Setting the operating supply voltage to 5.5V is recommended.A voltage of 2mA is used as the supply voltage.
