MIC2125YML-T5 Overview


The switching controller fits in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 4.5V~28V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz~750kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good which allows efficient switching control. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at QUAD. 16 terminations with various dc switching's functions. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 12V.
