optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 12-MLF® package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 2 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2.5MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 800mA output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. In the particular voltage regulators, the MIC2238 family is represented. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 3.3V volts. A 800mA A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. This voltage regulator allows stable operation due to its high maximum operating temperature 125°C. Reliability is ensured at minimum DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures of -40°C.
