Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.7V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 4A output current of voltage regulator. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V.
