TC74A7-5.0VCTTRG Overview
In order to protect the sensors, they are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). The analog sensors are put into SC-74A, SOT-753 packages to protect the devices from damage. This electronic part has 5 terminations. Analog sensors could supply 350μA current when operating. This sensor should supply 5.5V in a DC circuit. The minimum voltage supplied by this magnetic switch can be 2.7V in a DC circuit, however. In this case, it has 5 pins. In order to achieve the best performance, the sensor's current output should be 50mA. This sensor will normally supply 5V.
