A42MX09-PLG84M Overview


There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 84-LCC (J-Lead) package and X package. FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is the component of this type of FPGA. There are 72 I/Os for better data transfer. Supply voltage is 3.3V volts. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. The supply voltage of the device is 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V , at which it runs. As part of the MX series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -55°C~125°C TC range at all times when the unit is in use. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tube for the sake of space saving. The total number of terminations is 84. A42MX09 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. In order to make it work, 84 pins have been designed.
