M2GL005-VFG256 Overview
Fpga chips is supplied in the 256-LFBGA package. An FPGA of this type is made up of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY gates. 161 I/Os are available for transferring data more efficiently. To form a fundamental building block, there are 6060 logic elements/cells. Supply voltage is 1.2V volts. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector.
