M2GL025-VF256 Product Details
M2GL025-VF256 Overview
As part of the 256-LFBGA package, it is included. A FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-based FPGA is one of these types. Having 138 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. The basic building blocks of logic contain 27696 logic elements/cells. Power is provided by a 1.2V-volt supply. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. This device is powered by a 1.14V~2.625V battery. The FPGA belongs to the IGLOO2 series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the 0°C~85°C TJ range at all times when the unit is in use. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. Total terminations are 256. There are 1130496 RAM bits that are available with this device.
