As a result of the use of the Digi-Reel? package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are 5 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Space-saving SC-74A, SOT-753 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 1MHz switching frequencies. Input voltage 2.8V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 1A output current. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible.
