A Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. The space-saving SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 490kHz switching frequencies. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4.7V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V.
