MP2107DQ-LF-Z Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 10 terminations were made. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1.5MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.7V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V to meet the operation requirements. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 5.4V. For switching regulator operation, 10 pins are used. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 800mV volts at all times. For switching regulator maximum operation, dc to dc voltage regulator delivers 4A A. The maximum output voltage of 5.4V makes DC DC switching regulator easy to operate. A maximum voltage of 5.4V can be obtained from the regulator voltage. With 6V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate.
