For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches Up to 4MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 47V volts. There are 8 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 800mV volts.
