A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-6 package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 1.3MHz switching frequencies. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 0.5V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2.5V volts.
