MP3393EF-LF Overview
In order to save board space, the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used. These LED drivers have 8 outputs.The mounting method is Surface Mount.It emerges as a DC DC Controller with high efficiency.It is able to work normally at the operating temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ.Backlight has many advantages.As a result, it operates based on the frequency of 140kHz.If the voltage supply is lower than 9V, undetermined failures may occur.Surface Mount is mounted on it.As a maximum value, 32V is acceptable.Whenever the supply current is lower than 4mA, it can provide high efficiency.The load is capable of receiving 8.63μA current.
