MPQ4423GQ-Z Overview

It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 8 pins are required. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 800mVV. There is a maximum output voltage of 27V from this voltage regulator 12v.
