optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of Up to 2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.8V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. A voltage of 52V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 800mV volts. A 2A A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements.
