LM299AH Overview
A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 4.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 6.95V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above NOT SPECIFIED.It can be used with 1mA inputs.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.There is 6.8V less than 6.8V voltage output from this voltage reference ic.The purpose will be better fulfilled if it has BUILT IN TEMPERATURE STABILIZER.Temperatures at ambient are as low as 85°C.There should be -25°C temperature at the bottom of the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference circuit provides voltage reference 6.95V.
