An easy-to-use SOT-23 package is used.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 5.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 4.096V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED.For applications with 20mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 4.596V at a minimum.Voltage output is 4.1V.As long as the voltage reference circuit is idle, 75μA is used.There is 0.4% maximum inaccuracy for this voltage reference ic.85°C is its maximum ambient temperature.It is recommended that the bottom temperature of the voltage reference ic be -40°C.
