NJM360D Overview

The product is packaged in DIP for ease of transportation.The comparator has an output type of TOTEM POLE .There are8 terminals on the comparator.When supplied with 5V voltage, the comparator is capable of performing a wide range of tasks.Electronic comparator includes 8 pins.Normal operation of the device requires a nominal supply current of 32mA .Electronic comparator is possible for the comparator to malfunction if the current supply exceeds 32mA .The device can be operated with +-5V power supplies.Comparator electronics is not recommended to operate at a temperature higher than 85°C .Comparator electronics is not suComparator electronicsable for temperatures below -40°C .A comparator's maximum supply voltage is 6.5V .There is a minimum supply voltage of 4.5V for this comparator.In order to maintain the quality of the output, 1 channels cooperate together.Comparators have a very high gain COMPARATOR amplifier.This device has a 6.4mA output current.
