With the enhanced 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this driver IC is excellent for driving common LEDs.In the Tube package, this receiver is mounted.The Transceiver can transceiver technology has enabled this part to power many solutions for a variety of uses.The wide receiver can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.It takes 4.5V~5.5V from the power supply to run this differential driver.At any one time, this electronic part can have up to 2/2 eligible receivers/drivers.IC receiver is designed for applications with a temperature of -40°C~125°C.With a voltage range of 5V, this driver IC can operate efficiently.This wide receiver has 14 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.A Network Interfaces subcategory can be assigned to this rf transceiver module.There is one driver IC that is designed to operate from a 5V power supply, and only one driver IC in total.This IC implements 2 transceivers overall.To power the ic receiver, sufficient current but not more than 0.13mA should be supplied to its VCC pin.
