TJA1052IT/5Y Description
The TJA1052i is a member of NXP Semiconductors' third generation of high-speed CAN transceivers, which offers a number of advantages over first- and second-generation products. It provides enhanced ElectroStatic and ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC).
When the transceiver supply voltage is off, the device exhibits excellent passive behavior toward the CAN bus as well as discharge (ESD) performance.
The TJA1052i implements the CAN physical layer in accordance with SAE J2284-1 to SAE J2284-5 and ISO 11898-2:2016. With this solution, data rates up to 5 Mbit/s can be reliably transmitted during the CAN FD fast phase.
When isolation is necessary for safety or to improve signal integrity in loud situations, the TJA1052i is a great option for many kinds of automotive and industrial CAN networks.
