For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 63-LBGA packages. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to keep them safe. It is recommended that the image sensor have a dynamic range of 0. It is specified that the image sensor has an optical format of 1/4 inch. Image sensors can supply a maximum voltage of 1.95V. It is recommended that image sensors supply a voltage of 1.7V as the minimum voltage. It is essential that the temperature of the image sensor does not exceed 105°C to ensure its functionality. It is recommended, however, that the temperature of these electronic parts be above -40°C. It is possible for image sensors to carry a current of 170mA at their maximum when they are operating.
