When the forward voltage is set to 1V, this device will operate.Keeping the surge current under 2A and preventing it from exceeding it should be the rule.As long as the forward voltage is set to 200mA, the device will operate.The part can be used to draw a current of 200mA.This device has approximately 2pF farads of capacitance.Array is powered by a reverse voltage peak of 100μA.As a derivative of its primary action, this electronic or electrical device generates 350mW of heat.
