The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 15 @ 3A 4V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of -1.5V ensures maximum design flexibility.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 1.5V @ 1A, 6A.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at -5V.Its current rating is -6A, which means that it can sustain a maximum current for an indefinite period of time without degrading too much.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 3MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 6A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
