The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 14 @ 200mA 5V.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of 920mV, it offers maximum design flexibility.A VCE saturation (Max) of 600mV @ 200mA, 1A means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated).If the emitter base voltage is kept at 9V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.The current rating of this fuse is 2A, which means that transistor can carry an indefintransistore amount of current wtransistorhout deteriorating too much.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 13MHz.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 2A volts.
