CAT1320YI-28-T3 Overview

Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC power includes 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) functions for your convenience. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 3V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. A maximum supply temperature of 3mA can be used with this power management.
