CGS3321M Overview

The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
