As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 200 @ 100mA 2V.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of -250mV.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 5V to gain high efficiency.The maximum collector current is 1.5A volts.
