FAN1655MX Overview

Currently, it supports a total of 1 outputs. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) for ease of transportation. The power regulator is currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of 1.1V~1.8V. Surface Mount Universal mount that facilitates easy adaptation. In addition to Controller, DDR, this electrical regulator targets other applications as well. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at 0°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunction. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 2.3V~3.6V.
