For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 6-UFBGA, WLCSP package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating.
