Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 10V~20V.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Many related parts can be found under its base part number FAN7385.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.A total of 14 pins are available on the device.The maximum output current can amount to 650mA.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600V.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 350mA.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 1W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.Mosfet gate drivers outputs 620V as voltage.
