FDMA8051L Description
FDMA8051L is a 40v Single N-Channel PowerTrench? MOSFET. This onsemi FDMA8051L has been designed to provide maximum efficiency and thermal performance for synchronous buck converters. The low rDS(on) and gate charge provide excellent switching performance. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the Transistor FDMA8051L is in the MicroFET-6 package with 2.4W power dissipation.
