FDS3570 Description


FDS3570 is an 80v N-Channel PowerTrench? MOSFET. This N-Channel Logic Level MOSFET FDS3570 has been designed specifically to improve the overall efficiency of DC/DC converters using either synchronous or conventional switching PWM controllers. The MOSFET FDS3570 features faster switching and lower gate charge than other MOSFETs with comparable Roscon) specifications resulting in DC/DC power supply designs with higher overall efficiency.
