FJMA790 Overview
As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 100 @ 1.5A 1.5V.As it features a collector emitter saturation voltage of -450mV, it allows for maximum design flexibility.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at -5V.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is -2A.There is a breakdown input voltage of 35V volts that it can take. The maximum collector current is 2A volts.
