In this device, the DC current gain is 10 @ 3A 4V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.2V allows maximum design flexibility.A VCE saturation indicates a maximum value of Ic (saturation), and a maximum value of VCE saturation (Max).An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 5V to gain high efficiency.Current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating substantially, and this device has a 3A current rating.A maximum collector current of 3A volts can be achieved.
