LM431BCM Overview
An easy-to-use 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tube package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 2.495V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -25°C~85°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "LM431".For applications with 100mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A cathode current of 1mA is generally considered to be correct.Voltage 2.495V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.There is 2.47V voltage lower than 2.47V at the output of the voltage reference ic.There is 36V voltage higher than 36V that the voltage reference ic can send.
