The enhanced 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package makes it an excellent RF IC.The package of this RF modulator is Tube.PCBs or development boards with Through Hole-types can accommodate this RF modulator.Integrated into this RF module are 14 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.This is a 14-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 70°C during operation.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than 0°C.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 5mA.
