MC34268DR2 Description

The MC34268DR2 is a positive voltage regulator with a medium current and low dropout that was created specifically for SCSI 2 active termination circuits. This component offers the circuit designer a low-cost method for precise voltage regulation while minimizing power losses. A composite PNP/NPN pass transistor with a dropout voltage of 1.0 V, current and thermal limiting, and other components make up the regulator.
