NCP51190MNTAG Overview


Currently, it supports a total of 1 outputs. Transport is made easy with the package of 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad. Currently, Tape & Reel (TR) packages are available for shipping. In general, this voltage controller outputs a voltage of 0.675V~1.35V. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. This shunt regulator targets at LDO (Linear), DDR and other applications. To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 2.2V~5.5V. 8 terminals are present on the electronic component. Alternator regulator pinouts begin with 8 pins. There is a Surface Mount on the board for mounting to a PCB or other board. 8pins are present on the power regulators. For normal operation, there should be 2.5V operating supply voltage applied. Currently, the electrical regulator should output 1.5A. The input voltage for this alternator regulator must be greater than 2.2V. In its maximum configuration, the rectifier regulator produces current 1.5A. The power regulator presents a quiescent current of 500μA. An interface IC BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUIT is used with this rectifier regulator.
