MJB41C Overview
This device has a DC current gain of 15 @ 3A 4V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.5V allows maximum design flexibility.When VCE saturation is 1.5V @ 600mA, 6A, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).With the emitter base voltage set at 5V, an efficient operation can be achieved.As defined by current rating, the maximum current a fuse can carry without deteriorating too much is 6A for this device.There is a transition frequency of 3MHz in the part.A maximum collector current of 6A volts is possible.
