As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 10000 @ 100mA 5V.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.5V.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 1.5V @ 100μA, 100mA.For high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage must be kept at -500mA.Emitter base voltages of 10V can achieve high levels of efficiency.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (-500mA).In the part, the transition frequency is 125MHz.Collector current can be as low as 500mA volts at its maximum.
