MURS120T3G Description

MURS120T3G is a surface-mount ultrafast power rectifier. The rectifier MURS120T3G is ideally suited for high voltage, high-frequency rectification, or as free wheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -65 and 175℃. And the transistor MURS120T3G in the SMB-2 package with 40A  Non−Repetitive Peak Surge Current.
